Reservation and Date Change Policy at La Pandora Cruises
At La Pandora Cruises, all paid bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable, but they can be rescheduled. In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, floods, or government restrictions, customers may reschedule their bookings until December 31 of the same year.
For date changes, normal customers must notify us at least 10 days before departure, while charter customers must notify us at least 20 days in advance (subject to availability). The first date change is free of charge, while a fee of 200,000 VND will apply for each subsequent change.
